New event -> Process starts or running

This would allow to execute an action when a program is opened.

BTW I just discovered Shutter because of the write up at AddictiveTips.com (Jan 22, 2013).  I absolutely love the app!

You will be able to find this option in the latest development version of Shutter: Shutter Beta. Use either "Window" or "Process" event.
