Hi everybody,
I checked "Add to folders context menu" in Renamer Settings
Then in Windows Explorer, I right click on a folder and choose "Add to Renamer"
The problem is that it adds all files from the folder... and also all files from subfolders !
Is there an easy way to ignore the subfolders when Renamer is launched from Windows Explorer ?
My suggestions : add a Renamer Setting ("include sub-folders ?")
Or even 2 options in the Windows Explorer context menu, instead of one : "Add to Renamer => this folder only / this folder + all subfolders")
Thanks for reading.

My bad, this functionality already exists in Filters, just found it now.
Filter settings => untick "Include Subfolders" => tick "Save as default for future sessions" => Save
What a great program, bravo den4b Team

Hi,
try to select the folder from within ReNamer and take a look at the filter options:

Next, perhaps "Add to Renamer" respect that set options too?

Hi Stefan,
Thanks for your input.
We posted our answers at the same moment, incredible !
Yes it respects that option if you tick "Save as default for future sessions", really great.

You can save different filer settings into presets (even empty presets, without rules), then create links to presets and place them into the "Send To" context menu.
This would allow you to automatically load a selection of files/folders into ReNamer using different filter settings.
