Ups, it took some time to figure out that Actions Order was NOT written to the Preset. Basically rules configuration was saved without a notion of their order. Well, it is fixed now:)

And welcome a new rule: CleanUp. Will come in very handy for people who use P2P network (e.g eMule). Those filenames can be a mess, this rule should help you.

What's New:
* Actions Order is written to the Preset (not only rules);
* CleanUp rule - formed from Brackets rule joined together with a new Spaces rule;
* some icons have been updated;
* small improvements;
