"Comment" feature for large and hard-readable rules

I think that an Optional "Comment" feature together with a "Comment" column in the listview should be a great improvement to this software to facilite the task of know what does and the purpose of each rule added.

For example a "Comment" usage could be very apropiate for RegEx like these:

...'cause maybe in the future the user could forget what really replaces a RegEx.

One rule is to try to search first before creating new threads, to keep the topics together.

This feature is on the list for consideration, but it's on the lowest priority at the moment.

Rule comments have been implemented in ReNamer 6.8.0.4 Beta.

- You can add/edit rule comments via the rules context menu, or using a Shift+Enter hotkey.
- Comments are displayed in the Statement column, replacing the auto-generated rule description, when available.
