Viewing Images?

Been liking ReNamer Pro so far, generally.

More specifically, I noticed from the get go that there does not seem
to be a way to view images. Many renamers have some form of this.
Are you taking some kind of purist approach with this program?
Like, "we'only' deal in the filenames themselves, none of that fancy
bells and whistles crud stinkin' up the place!" Haha.
I suspect there is a better explanation.

I like to add keywords/tag words to image filenames based on types/subjects/themes. It is obviously better
to come up with descriptors for images when you can view the files. Using two programs
side by side is uber annoying. Advanced Renamer has excellent image viewing.

.....or am I just missing something?

This feature is not available in ReNamer, so you haven't missed anything.

It is planned for future, but with a low priority at the moment.

I understand.
I suspect you are a one-man-band indy.
That's very admirable, and much respect.

It is not a critical feature or aspect, like including all necessary
renaming rules or needing the included renaming functions to work properly.
But don't let that option get buried more and more before it finally rises
to the top of the priority list, as it is arguably the most important non-critical
feature a renamer can have.

The ability to rename image files with a viewer is a significant part of the renamer market
and would most definitely propel your product to the next level.

I would like to see at least two elements with an image viewer implementation:

1. Highlighting a single image file shows that single image (in a panel or area that
   is part of the main frame, not the pop-up window or external program pop-up approach of 'Bulk Rename' program)

2. A thumbnails option to view all images at the same time

I'm sure you have already thought of these things
