Case renaming "UPPER Capitalized - UPPER"

I have:
Nolan CHRISTOPHER - Dunkerque 17 ultima Version

I want:
NOLAN Christopher - DUNKERQUE 17 Ultima version

How can I do that using "Force case for fragments"

Why this particular option?

I think there are better options available, like Replace or Regular Expressions rules, depending on the pattern of other filenames.

Having more examples will help design the right rules.

I thought it was of easy use, my abilities are near to null. This are other examples of what I have:

2. GUERRA CIRO - EL ABRAZO de la serpiente
3. REED carol - EL ÍDOLO Caido
4. Reed Carol - la agonia y el extasis
5. REED CAROL - Nuestro hombre en La Habana
6. RENAUD CHRIS - LORAX, EN
7. SAINTE-LUCE CLAUDIA - los insolitos peces gato
8. RENAUD CHRIS - el LORAX 2012

And this are what I want:

You can do this with a Regular Expressions rule with the following configuration:

Expression: \A([\w\-]+)\s+(\w)(.+?)\s+-\s+(.*)\Z
Replace: \U$1 \u$2\L$3 - \U$4

Nolan CHRISTOPHER - Dunkerque 17
GUERRA CIRO - EL ABRAZO de la serpiente
REED carol - EL ÍDOLO Caido
Reed Carol - la agonia y el extasis
