Is there an error message displayed when you start ReNamer?
You might have reached your upgrade expiry date, which is normally 1 year after the date of purchase. In that case, you can either use one of the older versions (found on the downloads page), or purchase a new license to use the latest version.
If that is more suitable to communicate over email, you can also use technical support email address, it is found in the About dialog of every product.
