Please email a sample FLAC file (to the email address in the About dialog).
This is purely for testing purposes, file will be erased after testing.

The cause of the problem was identified and it will be fixed shortly.
3rd party FLAC libraries used an undefined type conversion method which worked by accident in the previously used compiler (Delphi 7, used prior to ReNamer v6), but do not produce the same result in the new compiler (FPC, starting from ReNamer v6).

Hello
Yes, ReNamer v6.1.0.8 Beta fixed the problem above Tanks
another similar problem with (ReNamer v6 and ReNamer v6.1.0.8 Beta)
i use the software mp3Tag for insert a image(Cover) in my flac files
and i use the rule insert:
D:\Download\[0Zic]\:FLAC_Artist:\:FLAC_Album:\
This is the result with Image inside
D:\Download\[0Zic]\\\Smashing Pumpkins - 1993 - Siamese Dream - 01.flac
error column: Contain invalid caractere
This is the result witout image inside
D:\Download\[0Zic]\Smashing Pumpkins\1993 - Siamese Dream\Smashing Pumpkins - 1993 - Siamese Dream - 02.flac
You see the files with image inside i have no folder and no subfolder after "D:\Download\[0Zic]\" just \\ in the place of Artist and Album
I have no probleme with Mp3 files
I send You again the files as examples
I hope to have been clear
Thanks for advance

Looks like embedded cover art might not be supported. What 3rd party FLAC libraries are being used? They seem to be of quite poor quality given the bugs and limitations exposed in this thread.

ReNamer uses Audio Tools Library 2.3 for extracting most audio meta tags. Unfortunately, this library was discontinued with last release dated back to 27 May 2005. I have been applying small patches here and there to keep it functioning, nothing major.
FLAC functionality did not support files which contained artwork/picture. However, it looks like I have managed to work around this limitation and it should now work on all FLAC files.
Please try latest ReNamer 6.1.0.10 Beta.

Wow that's old! No doubt it cannot handle anything beyond FLAC 1.1.2 (released in Feb 2005). Wouldn't it be better to switch to something newer, like this for example? Looks to be superb and frequently updated too!
If that's not useful for some reason and nothing else is available perhaps the latest libflac and id3lib DLLs can be used instead?
libmediainfo (Delphi interface is included with sources) might also be a very good option, especially since it can handle most audio and video formats out there.
