I upgraded to 6.8, received my registration code, since I had already had previous versions of Renamer, I went to Help, looked and Register is grayed out so that I cannot insert my new registration number. What can I do to correct this?

A greyed out registration option means that you already have an active license.
To apply a different license, you need to unregister first using the Unregister option in the Help menu, and then register using the new product registration code.
