AppId also determines the actual name of the Uninstall registry key, to which Inno Setup tacks on "_is1" at the end. Therefore, if AppId is "MyProgram", the key will be named "MyProgram_is1".

]]>In my experience, it is usually best to install clean and restore your content selectively. Your contacts will get synced via your Google account, assuming that your contacts are stored in Google account. Move your photos via PC. Other apps usually have their own sync (backup+restore) functions.
I'm sure there are solutions out there which will help you streamline this whole process, but I can't help you there.
