There are just too many exceptions
Conclusions:
In this way all capitals are treated unless it involves punctuation.
Pretty fine, i think that should fit most of the issues.
Stefan, I think you got carried away and forgot ...
Got me! Sorry. (but i want to think about such possibles before you do the work, just in case it could be from help)
Thank you (also for the script too)

And thank YOU, Stefan, for such a meticulous test-case planning.
These test cases certainly give a pretty good idea about where to draw the line in the design; and what would be the planned limitations. That's a good thing.
And in case Denis does consider those cases, your test cases serve as excellent examples for the manual (wiki).

Recapitulation for the Change Log:
This feature "Insert space in front of capitals" , found at CleanUp Rule,
is for to separate words missed spaces between them.
How it works:
IF an uppercase char follows an lowercase char THEN insert an space in between IF no other uppercase char follows.
Examples:
ABBATheAlbum-TakeAChanceOnMeRMXGood.mp3
OMD-Pandora´sBox.mp3
G.G.Anderson - DiscofoxHitMix.mp3
will be renamed to
ABBA The Album-Take A Chance On Me RMX Good.mp3
OMD-Pandora´s Box.mp3
G.G.Anderson - Discofox Hit Mix.mp3
Hint:
If an punctuation mark (-_.,({[\!) is in front of an uppercase char then there is no space inserted.
If needed, you can use as second an Replace Rule to find punctuations and add space around them.
Example:
ASentenceWithUpper.Case_and_Underscores-And-DashesAND,comasAND.dotsANDpunctuation(BC) - [CD] - !EF! - {GH}
Replacement with "Skip Extension" checked:
A Sentence With Upper.Case_and_Underscores-And-Dashes AND,comas AND.dotsANDpunctuation(BC) - [CD] - !EF! - {GH}
(replacement is stopped at last found dot punctuation in the name)
Replacement without "Skip Extension":
A Sentence With Upper.Case_and_Underscores-And-Dashes AND,comas AND.dots AN Dpunctuation(BC) - [CD] - !EF! - {GH}
Note:
here at example "dots AN Dpunctuation", you can see that ReNamer can't know which is an word and which are two.
So you may want to do an Preview first and take an long and closer look at the preview before you press Rename.
