Illegal & Illegitimate independece province of Kosovo!!!

Yesterday, 8th of october General council of UN accepted a resolution which requires from International court of law advisable opinion about legality of independent Serbian province Kosovo.

Result of voting is: 77 FOR, 6 no (USA, Albania, Nauru, Palau, Marshall Islands and Micronesia) and 74 reserved.

From 27 members of EU, 22 were reserved (UK, France...) while Spain, Cyprus, Greece, Slovakia and Romania were FOR Serbian resolution.

Advisable opinion of Int. court of law is not obligatory, so deep international divided opinions about Kosovo remains
From the other hand, opinion of court have great moral power, so already stagnant process of approvement will slow (48 of 192 members of UN).

October the 8th will be remembered as unusual drift of Serbian diplomacy...

But there are really bad news coming from our neighbours, Montenegro and Macedonia.
When Serbia win a battle in UN, our neighbours said that they will approve Kosovo as independent state
This could lead to unstability of region, unfortunately.
It was almost unexpected from our ex republic Montenegro (till 21.5.2006 we were together - Serbia & Montenegro) to approve this illegal, unnatural "state" which issued on sloughtering of Serbian civilians and releasing Ramush Haradinaj from all charges from the Hague tribunal.
To be more paradox, 1 of the most engrained world terrorist were prime minister of Kosovo.

"Stolen Kosovo [Uloupene Kosovo, Oteto Kosovo] is a Czech TV documentary.

State-owned Czech co-produced Vaclav Dvorak’s Stolen Kosovo prior to the Czech Government’s recognition of the mafia state on Serbian territory, and then banned it after that recognition.

According to the Czech daily Aktualne, representatives of Czech TV justified their refusal to show the one-hour documentary about the suffering of the Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija province by claiming the documentary is “unbalanced” and marked with “pro-Serbian bias”, and so “the tone of the documentary could cause negative emotions”. To which Dvorak responded that the same could be said for “Holocaust documentaries, where the Nazi Germany ’side’ and ‘views’ were also appropriately ignored”.

The makers of Stolen Kosovo said that while the Serbian television archives were used in some segments of the film, not a penny was received from Serbia or from Serbs in the making of the documentary. At the same time, they have challenged the censors to point to a single statement, image or a segment that is incorrect or false, with no response.

The film which was first scheduled to be shown on March 17, 2008 — the anniversary of the latest pogrom against Kosovo-Metohija Serbs in 2004 — and than delayed until April, but has still not been aired. The Czech Government recognized Kosovo as a State May 21."

Yesterday, non recognized government of Kosovo has sent special forces to administrative crossing Jarinje and Brnjak without any reason, trying to take those crossings and try to banish Serbs from Northern part of Kosovo and Metohia. Embargo on Serbian products is still active. I'm afraid that they unofficially get green light for those actions from USA & EU. Hashim Tachi, proved terrorist and slaughter, sent those forces and off course it will not have any consequences for those actions (there is no need to explain how and why). New attempt to attack remaining Serbs on that area of Kosovo since March 2004.

Ultimate objective of the European Union and the United States is that Serbia recognize Kosovo's independence. Regime of Boris Tadic has entered the negotiations with Pristina, which clearly lead to the fulfillment of this goal. Blackmail and pressure on Serbia to recognize Kosovo's independence every day become stronger and more open. Western diplomats point out that it is a precondition for Serbia to entry into the European Union. Besides, the foreign minister, Vuk Jeremic, has admitted that a few days ago.

For now situation is getting better but no one knows for how long...
Any news about this could be heard on your national TV stations hoping for objective informations. Situation is very delicate and could lead to the worst and that nobody wants!
