Shutter does NOT recognize activity

I have a Shutter Task which is triggered after a certain period of inactivity.

In order not to have to stop the task I simply start the well know wide spread tool "Don't sleep" free available from here:

http://www.softwareok.com/?Download=DontSleep

Don't sleep work as it prevents successfully e.g. going the display to sleep.
It simulates somehow mouse movements.

Unfortunately Shutter does not recognize this "Don't sleep" generated activity but triggers the inactivity task after 1 hour.

Why?

Re: Shutter does NOT recognize activity

There are many different ways to simulate user activity and to detect user inactivity.

Shutter has three different methods for detecting user inactivity:

  1. Last Input Event

  2. Low Level Hook

  3. Injection Hook

Have you tried them all?
