How to remove ZWSP from file names

Hi,

I found out that some of my files have this ZWSP character (ZWSP is a non-printing character used in computerized typesetting to indicate where the word boundaries are).

And when you have this char in one of the file name two similar file names (look similar) can co exist.

Is there a way to REMOVE this ZWSP from list of files ?

As of ReNamer 7.7, you can remove specific Unicode characters by their hex codepoint via the Strip rule.

Select "Unicode range" option and type "200B,200C,200D,FEFF".

These codepoints capture all zero-width characters.

Re: How to remove ZWSP from file names

Thank you, that was extremely helpful.

I had tried 'clean up' before but missed the 'strip' function.

Thank you again for the help and for the great product.
