Renaming files inside a ZIP file?
Can ReNamer rename filenames stored in a .zip file?

No, this can't be done directly.
Unless you find some software that can mount a ZIP archive as a local drive and also supports write operations. Then you would rename those files as any local file with ReNamer. There are some utilities that can do the first part, but none of them support write operations.
The best option is to unpack the ZIP archive, rename the files, and then re-compress them into a new ZIP archive.
