After having successfully run Shutter v4.8 for a long time I upgraded today to v4.9 lite.
I am using the portable version
When I double click now on the *.exe I am getting an error popup:
"Planer konnte aufrgrund eines kritischen Problems nicht gestartet werden:
Device not found or failed to collect data from network
interface: 00-00-00-00-00-00"
I am confused why this error message is partially in german. I am running an english Windows 10 22H2
The popup appears with or without passing a *.spr preset file
So I guess its a bug in the new version itself.
Pls fix it

If you have a Network Usage event loaded, you need to edit it and re-select the device you wish to monitor.
Prior to Shutter 4.9, you could select a network device which couldn't be uniquely identified due to a missing/empty MAC address. This appears to be your case, as evident by "00-00-00-00-00-00" reference in the error message. In such situations prior versions of Shutter would simply pick the first network interface which happened to have no MAC address, which would likely be the wrong device.
Shutter 4.9 no longer lists devices which can't be uniquely identified. Also, it uses a new Windows API for identifying and monitoring network devices, including devices without a MAC address, but it requires you to re-select the device in the event configuration.
