Need for Meta tag - Insert File_DateAccessed command

I am using Renamer to rename pictures taken from digital trail cameras.  I'm having issues with a Cuddeback Capture IR camera, specifically when I try and rename the picture using the date the image was taken.  For some reason, the date it was taken has been captured on the Accessed line, not the Created or Modified lines.  I believe a simple meta tag which allows one to rename the file using the date the image was accessed may be an easy solution even thought the problem likely lies with Cuddeback.  Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben welcome.

You may use an tool prior to ReNamer
to read the access date and write it back as created date.

See f.ex. Exiv2 command line tool  > http://www.exiv2.org/

You can also use this tool and an ReNamer script
to extract in your case the access date and use this content for your renaming issues.
