What is the current solution of Renamer for fixing a charset encoding\decoding problems in filenames?

Encoding from Hebrew (Windows) (code page 1255, windows-1255) to Unicode (UTF-8) (code page 65001, utf-8)

No solution available yet, but a new rule is being slowly worked on. It should be able to resolve such issues.

In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could provide some examples of input and output filenames, in plain text.
