Remember "Add/Edit Rule" window position

Hello to the forum,

my first post, so please be indulgent. Really great program, by the way.

The "Add/Edit Rule" windows always pops up right in the middle of the screen, thus covering part of the rules and the file names. It would be convenient if the last position of the window was saved.

I already lowered the window that displays the files but this leaves me with just half a dozen files visible on the bottom of the screen and a big white space in the middle. As I really like to see immediately what happens after changing this tricky regex, a saved window position would add an extra bit of usability to the app.

I've made showing of non-main forms always centered optional.

Available in the latest dev version: ReNamerBeta.zip
