Rules table index column is too narrow

As you can see I have 10 predefined rules. I use it almost everyday and didn't notice this one little thing
So it should be displayed as 10th obviously. Also it could be appended a dot to representative digit of rule, to be ordinal number like that buggy one (1.)

You can simply increase the width of the "*" column

I've increased the default width slightly to fit 2 digits.

As krtek once said "Sometimes the simplest things are hardest to find..."
Ordinal number is just tiny detail which you don't have to accept...

Edit: Should I remove this thread obviously it's nonsense
