Provide ability to specify DEFAULT location to save presets

Currently, you are saving Presets to a location that requires Admin or Power-User privileges ... Users therefore cannot use this feature.

By allowing the user to specify the default location for saving presets, the user can choose a path to which he is permitted. Your app would then read from there as well, for the Import feature.

AFAIK, Denis hasn't implemented this feature yet, but it's there on his To Do list.
