Reverse "ddmmyy_xx" to "yyyy-mm-dd_xx"

Здравствуйте.У меня проблема с английским,поэтому пишу по русски.
Изучив материалы форума,почитав справку,я поэкспериментировал,
но ничего хорошего не получилось.Поэтому обращаюсь за помощью-
помогите со скриптами.
1.Необходимо переименовать все файлы: ddmmyy_xx.jpg to yyyy-mm-dd_xx.jpg
2.Необходимо переименовать все папки с подпапками:
ddmmyy_xx to yyyy-mm-dd_xx
или
ddmmyy to yyyy-mm-dd

Well I'm not understaning almost anything but I'll try t make a question....

yyyy?

A) ...1999 & 2000...

or

B) 2000...

?

Exp: ^(\d\d)(\d\d)(\d\d)

But...
1. If to import files from folders it is excellent.
2. If to import a folder with files the folder is renamed, and files are not present.
3. If to import a folder with enclosed folders+files it is renamed
Only the main folder, and all that inside is not present.

P/S. I do not know as to attach screen ReNamer pictures
