A lot of the buttons in ReNamer's UI have no labels for accessibility

Hello,

I don't know if the Renamer's developer(s) can do something about this, but I've decided to ask anyway.

In the UI of ReNamer, most of the buttons do not provide an accessible way for screen readers to get their label. Screen readers like NVDA and Windows Narrator identify the buttons as such, but cannot identify their label. To reproduce it, do the following:
1. Launch NVDA or Windows Narrator.
2. Launch ReNamer.
3. Invoke the dialog for adding a rule.
4. Use TAB to navigate between the controls in that dialog.
Notice that the screen reader says only "button" for the button controls, instead of reading the visible label for the specific button as well.

Can this be fixed in ReNamer?

Thanks much in advance!

This is a known problem, but a difficult one to address, unfortunately.

The problem stems from the components library that comes with the development environment. It has been reported to the relevant development team, but there is no fix available yet.

Hello,

OK, thanks for the reply. At least now I know the problem is a known one. And truth be told, I was suspecting that the GUI components library, which is an external one, is to blame here.

Once again - thanks for the clarification.
