My little contribution: Transliteration for ISO-2022-KR

I found the Transliteration option also useful for renaming between encodings, I did the dictionary for ISO-2022-KR

Wow, that's quite a file to crank out! Hopefully you didn't write all 8000+ lines by hand.

If you're doing a lot of encoding conversions (especially more than just one kind), take a gander at my Iconv wrapper pascalscript. I was trying to get it to produce output similar to your translit file, but wasn't having success. But if that translit file is working for you, by all means, use it.
