How to buy some commercial-use licenses?

I'd like to buy a few licenses to use ReNamer in a commercial setting. I found the license page, which says to contact Denis directly. However, I haven't been able to find an email address on the site.

In another similar post in this part of the forum, Denis responded and contacted the person w/ the question directly. Hopefully he can do the same here?
