Settings not remembered in Win 10?

Sorry, in advance...  This is bound to be a dumb question.
Why am I getting this "first launch" dialog every time I launch ReNamer?

Also, I'm not seeing my saved presets.  My laptop was recently reimaged with Windows 10 (changed from Win 7).  I ReInstalled ReNamer from scratch...  Or at least I think I did(?)  Interestingly, my registration info *is* remembered.  But apparently ReNamer does not remember that it's been launched before. 

Any ideas?

These questions should should help us figure out what's happening:

1. Which version of ReNamer are you using?

2. Which version of Windows were you using before upgrading to Windows 10?

3. Open Presets > Manage from the main menu, which path is displayed in that dialog?

4. What is the full path of ReNamer.exe (i.e. where is it installed)?

5. Do you see a file Storage.ini in the same folder as ReNamer.exe?

6. Open file Storage.ini with Notepad and paste here its content.

Also, check if you find your presets in the VirtualStore location.
