Disable "restart" button?

We're using Shutter to enforce a 1 hour time limit on publicly accessed workstations and it's great, except our patrons can click the "restart" button on the message to avoid getting kicked out! Is there any way to disable the restart button so we can free up computers on crowded days?

I've add "disable restart button" option in Shutter v3 Alpha. It is fairly stable at this point, and soon will be announced as a release candidate.
