String Analyzer feature, for long time I was trying to plug it in somewhere, finally found a good spot for it! Basically it gives you ability to select a part of a text (filename) and get that selection, its position and count - and put it straight into one of the rules.

For example, now you dont have to count characters to figure out where to start and how much to delete, not anymore:)

What's New:
* Test String dialog now became a String Analyzer, with ability to plug parameters of the selection (selected text, position, length) straight into the rules;
* added File Properties menu item to files popup menu (opens Windows File Properties dialog);
* after item is deleted, closest gets selected;
* fixed: shell related menu items "Open File" and "Open File with Notepad" were not connected to associated functions;
* small graphical and functional improvements;
