- Major 2nd\Major 2nd S1\Major 2nd S1E01.mp4

I disabled 3rd rule and get the desired output above. Did you try it?

in the end i need that

Yes , I tested everything but after your post I checked the rules and I had an error in the second rule that I corrected now with the 3rd rule uncheck is good

3) Regular Expressions: Replace expression "((.+) (\d))" with "$2\\$2 S1\\$2 S1E0$3" (skip extension)

what is the use of this 3rd rule already?

if I don't use the third rule with certain files, this gives it to me

I have this file:
Hiroikku Eiji 10.mkv

without 3rd rule:
Hiroikku Eiji 10.mkv

With 3rd rule:
Hiroikku Eiji\Hiroikku Eiji S1\Hiroikku Eiji S1E10.mkv

Combine existing rules. They work for all given examples. There is no ideal solution for more variations.
