How to switch to english GUI language?

After migration to a new computer and starting Shutter the GUI language (of Shutter) is german.
How can I switch to english GUI?

I am running Windows 10 Pro with english GUI and german regional settings

Shutter automatically select a language appropriate for the locale.

You can change the language via the main menu, as demonstrated below:
