Action to put computer an sleep?

The Power Scheme management of Win10 offers to put the local computer on sleep.

Currently I can wake the computer up by mouse movements.

Which action should I use to trigger this from Shutter?

Is "Sleep" the corresponding, full equivalent Action?

Shutter offers Sleep and Hibernate actions.
