Monitor On/Off

Hi everyone. I installed Shutter because I'd like to be able to turn off a monitor at a certain time and then turn it back on at a different time on certain days of the week.
I created two instances: one that turns off the monitor at 8 PM and another that turns it back on at 9 AM. Both instances have a weekly schedule with all days selected.
The problem is that once the event occurs (and it worked perfectly), the instance deactivates and doesn't start the next day.
In fact, when I start the instances, the icons on the task bar are red; after the event, they turn gray and remain deactivated.
I can't figure out how to schedule the monitor's off-and-on function and make it work every day I selected.
Can anyone help me?

Add a Utilities action with an option to restart events.

I hadn't considered adding a utility to restart events.
