Bug: Leap year handling

When using the "reformat date" rule, a leap-year date of 29-02-2024 (29th February) is rejected as "Invalid date/time pattern"

Unable to reproduce it with ReNamer 7.9 and 7.9.0.3 Beta.

Reformatting 29-02-2024 from "dd-mm-yyyy" to "yyyy-mm-dd" works as expected.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide steps to reproduce it with the latest version.
