Programming question... automation

I want to know how I can pass files into ReNamer from a program I am developing.... I would also love it if I could define rules or specify a preset to be used on the files passed in...

can you help me with this, I assume there is a fairly easy way to do it, since you already have windows explorer integration..

Have a look at the Help files. You will find there a section called "Command Line".

There are several flags which do exactly what you have asked for...
