Date formatting for meta tags

I've looked at the User Manual, but I'm still unclear about how to specify a date format.

I'm adding a rule as an Insert. In the What field it has the following:

:File_DateCreated:

I want the date format to be yyyymmdd, but I don't know how to specify this format. There must be some way to specify it in the What field, but I don't know how.

Hi darthjure welcome.

A quick search for 'date format' in this forum
gives me "Note: you can format the meta tag by using menu "Settings > Meta Tags""

Wow! The user manual very clearly explains how to format the date, but not where. There's no mention of that screen. I swear I also searched the forums and didn't find that.

I never would have guessed that the date format was a global setting. I thought it would need to be specified for each statement.

I've added a little note in the User Manual that the Date/Time format can be changed from within the Settings.
