Rules table index column is too narrow

As you can see I have 10 predefined rules. I use it almost everyday and didn't notice this one little thing tongue
So it should be displayed as 10th obviously. Also it could be appended a dot to representative digit of rule, to be ordinal number like that buggy one (1.) wink

You can simply increase the width of the "*" column tongue

I've increased the default width slightly to fit 2 digits.

Ordinal number is just tiny detail which you don't have to accept...
