Renaming songs by artist and title

Hi guys, i need a advice here.. I have 202 files to rename correctly but i dont know how to do it at once. Look an example:

What i want:

Second

Maybe there is 1 options, copy title name to file name and put first artists, how i do that with regex?

Have you tried using meta tags?

For example with a single Insert rule:

1) Insert: Insert ":MP3_Artist: - :MP3_Title:" replacing current name (skip extension)
