Renamer 4.65 - Possible RegExp Bug

Is it possible that Renamer has problems finding closing parenthesis? \( works fine, but \) not.

Re: Renamer 4.65 - Possible RegExp Bug

Hey, I found the problem! Renamer thinks that everything after the first dot is the extension, which I believe is incorrect - at least I would expect it to see the last dot and everything after it as extension.

The problem was that my files were named like "blah blah (blah@blah.blah) blah blah" and I wanted to extract everything inside the brackets while deleting the rest. Since I had the "skip extension" box checked, the closing parenthesis was treated as part of the extension.

The extension is the part after the last dot, i just checked it with renamer.

In your file "blah blah (blah@blah.blah) blah blah" there is only 1 dot...

Do you still have problems with it?
