Fail getting image Meta-Tags

Hi,

I was trying to get the :image_pixels: of a picture saved in a path that contained Russian characters (on the directory name), and ReNamer failed to get the Meta-Tag.

To do a test I copied an image into a correct path, but with this name ж.gif, and the same thing happened.
I made the test also with Size and Date Meta-Tags, but those worked properly, so the problem are only the Image Meta-Tags.

I had a similar problem with the same files on a Pascal-Script because I used an "String" instead of a "WideString". There could be a similar problem with those Meta-Tags?

Functions which were reading in Image_* meta tags were not converted to handle Unicode filenames.

I have done the conversion now. Please try it out in the latest dev version: ReNamerBeta.zip
