Program that can rename folders too?

Can this program also rename folders or just files?

If not, is there a program out there that you can rename folders and/or as well as the files in the folder?

Would be great if the folder that the files are in could be renamed at the same time as the files, the same name as the files.

That would be a GREAT time saver too!

Thank you. Wow, now I am even MORE excited about this program, if that's even possible.

I had not gone into the filters settings yet, usually when I think of filters I am thinking of a setting to leave something off instead of include something so I guess that's why.
