Hi Denis,

Nice job on this new beta.

This may not be a bug but this is probably the most appropriate place to mention it. Maybe you already know about it.

The feature that shows the current preset in the status bar is greatly welcomed, however, it fails to show the currently loaded preset on startup.

I spotted that problem few hours after I uploaded the first Beta version on that day. And then I quickly updated it, on the same day. If you download it now, it should have that problem fixed. By the way, I assume you are talking about launching presets directly, right?

Tell me if you still have problems with this...

hmmm....as far as launching presets directly, I can see no problem.

What I mean is when if I do some renaming and then reopen Renamer later, I'm not seeing in the status what preset is loaded (which is always the last one that was used). So when it's re-opened, the status is blank.

I think you are talking about using the option "Save rules configuration on exit and load on startup". If yes, then this is the correct behaviour - preset status is empty straight after launch, because no "user defined" preset has been loaded. The "[default]" preset is loaded instead, and it would not appear in the preset status.
