Renamer: Add Folder addition

An option to remove all the entries in the Treat Folder like Files dialog would be nice as I found if I added lots of folders then it was a bit hard to clear the entries quickly.

Either enabling you do a CTRL-A to select all entries then use DEL to wipe the folders and/or a button addition Remove All, would be really nice.

Good news KaptK, I've added both

Normally, I upload the dev version straight away, after few changes. I can't do it this time, because... Because ReNamer 4.00 is coming out soon

So you'll have to wait for the first Preview/Beta of the v4, to get your hands on the implementation of your suggestions. It's gonna be ready in few days, keep checking the news/forums...

Looking forward to testing the new version as have loads of files here waiting to be renamed .. hehe.
