enter key and edit with spin-control "issue"

Hi,

This more a misfunction than a real bug.
When a rule dialog is opened, pressing the enter key validates the rule and closes the dialog.
But this doesn't work when the focus is in an edit-box with spin-control.
Should not be hard to fix.

You are right, it's not a bug, it is just the way this component works.
I agree, it shouldn't work like that, and so I changed it
