ReNamer 4.60 : Change Text of - settings

For the last few versions the rules pane has not been wide enough to accommodate my 42 character "Change text of 'Click here to add a rule' ".   Now it only shows the middle 24 characters    Its a bug because something that once worked works less well now.

Yes, there is a small problem with the big blue text, in the 4.60 version. I had to replace components that were used to display blue text, in order to fully support XP manifest, and I forgot that the new components did not resize them-selves to fit the text. Someone has already reported it, so the latest development version has that problem fixed: ReNamerBeta.zip
