I'm dealing with import/export of file lists (txt files) ,and I wanted to edit and manipulate the text with Renamer.
File lists can be either FullPaths or URLs.
Since Renamer has already manipulate functions, it will be good if it will have also Text Mode.
The FullPaths or URLs will be dispayed in Renamer as it written in the txt file (with http:// and c:/...)
Import/Export from/to Clipboard commands will also be great.
BTW, It doesn't have to be FullPaths or URLs, it can be regular text.

Have you tried the Analyze tool in ReNamer?

Also, you can apply rules to the current content of the clipboard with the Options menu.

Thanks.
I need to use it more to have a feedback.
At first glance it seems it will make the job, just need improvements with design of this feature, like mark the changes with Red color (like NEW NAME column).

This Analyze seems great.
I'm using Renamer from time to time, and never realize it's just there, and it's too bad.
1. Consider name it in a differnent way, like SandBox, TextMode, Advanced Preview or something else.
2. I didn't understand why the window is a poped out window, and not replacing (or covering) the bottom panel (File Panel).
This lead me to a view suggestion: Different views options for Files pane.

Can we have at least:
Remember last position and size - for analyze window?

That reminds me, it's been more than six years since I requested this feature and Denis told me more than 3 years back that it will be implemented. Guess it just fell through the cracks... Irritates me to this day that every time I launch the program I need to maximize the Rules dialog, especially while typing PascalScript.
